For customers applying for credit, we may check your credit history with the Buró de Crédito (Credit Bureau). This requires your express written consent, which will be requested separately by our sales representative.
You have the right to:
- Know the result of the inquiry.
- Request a special credit report.
- Correct any errors in your credit history.
10. Consequences of Not Providing Data for Credit
If you apply for credit and do not provide the required additional information, LOGOMUNDO SA DE CV will be unable to:
- Evaluate your credit application.
- Grant you a credit line or financing.
- Issue invoices with deferred payment terms.
In such cases, transactions will be conducted on a cash-only basis.
